  • We ship across India through reliable courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, etc.).
  • Standard delivery time within India: 4–7 business days (may vary by location).
  • International delivery timelines vary by country and shipping method (usually 7–21 business days).

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or when order value crosses a certain amount (details will be mentioned on the product/checkout page).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner's website or via your account on our store.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, etc.).
  • Rural or remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos and video of opening product package for proof.
    Video is compulsory for defect, else exchange would not be considered.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist in raising claims with our courier partners.
