Yes, we provide personal alteration and fitting adjustments for purchases made in-store at our Jalgaon location. For online purchases, our outfits are dispatched in standard ready-to-wear sizes as outlined in our size charts.
Orders & Shipping
Yes, Sheetal Collection offers Free Shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum purchase threshold required to claim free delivery.
Ready-to-ship items are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of order verification. Made-to-order, custom, or boutique pieces are dispatched as per the timelines mentioned on their specific product pages.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website by entering your order number or tracking number.
Exchanges & Policies
No, Sheetal Collection has a strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy. We curate high-quality fabrics and ensure strict inspection checks, and do not support refunds once an item is purchased and delivered.
Size exchange requests must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Any exchange requests received after the 48-hour delivery window cannot be approved under any circumstances.
