We take extraordinary care to display the colors, fabrics, embroidery, and details of our ethnic and casual collections as accurately as possible:

• Color Variation: Due to differences in monitor color calibration, smartphone display brightness, and studio lighting during photography, actual garment colors may exhibit minor natural variations.
• Handcrafted Elements: Handcrafted embroidery, handblock prints, zardozi work, and artisanal weaves possess natural irregularities that are the hallmark of authentic craftsmanship, not manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

All prices listed on Sheetal Collection are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST):

• We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice; however, active confirmed orders will not be affected.
• We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and authorized digital wallets.
• In the event of a technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate full refund.

4. Order Processing & Cancellations

Once you complete checkout, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and SMS with your Order ID:

• Order Finality: Because all outfits are processed, reserved, and packed immediately upon order confirmation, we do not accept order cancellations once payment has succeeded.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping details, landmarks, and a reachable 10-digit mobile number for courier delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our boutique. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pin code across India. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

6. Return & Exchange Terms

We offer exchanges only within 48 hours of delivery for wrong size delivered or genuine manufacturing defects accompanied by an unboxing video. We do not provide monetary refunds. For complete exchange conditions, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
