We want you to love your purchase! At Sheetal Collection, we offer exchanges only (no refunds) under genuine conditions such as wrong size, defect, or design issues.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Exchanges are available for genuine reasons such as:
- Wrong size delivered
- Product defect or damage
- Incorrect item shipped

🚚 How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at sheetal.collection90@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide exchange approval along with instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship the product to the return address provided above.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you by sending a replacement or exchanging the product.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased on sale/clearance (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or washing
💸 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through our exchange policy.
Exception: In case of a defective or damaged product where exchange is not possible (e.g., out of stock), we will issue a store credit for the full purchase amount, valid for 6 months.
🔄 Size & Fit Concerns
If the size doesn't fit, you may exchange it for another size (subject to availability) within 48 hours. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
