Select ready-to-ship boutique pieces are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

Inspected Packaging

Outfits undergo strict quality checks and are packed with boutique-level care.

We partner with leading couriers across India to ensure your outfits arrive securely and in pristine condition. Every shipment is fully insured, and you will receive tracking links via SMS/WhatsApp as soon as the label is generated.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We support COD orders for verified addresses in select regions. Please verify your phone number during checkout to avoid dispatch delays.

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of Maharashtra: 2 to 4 business days
Other States: 4 to 7 business days
Tracking availability: Sent via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email upon dispatch

48-Hour Exchange Only Policy

Sheetal Collection has a strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy. We only provide size exchanges if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Once this window closes, exchanges cannot be processed.

Exchange Process

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9107190719. Include your Order ID, a photo of the received outfit, and the replacement size you require.

Ensure Original Condition

The garment must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and packed in its original packaging with all brand tags intact.

Dispatch Back to Store

Once our team verifies and approves, ship the package back to our Jalgaon store. Once inspected, we will dispatch your replacement size for free.

Please ensure you double-check measurements in our size guides before placing your order. We are a family boutique and maintain standard sized stock, which limits our ability to accept change-of-mind refunds.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with clear images. Verified defects are replaced instantly at no additional cost to you.
