2 ORDERING AND DELIVERY

GST & IMPORT DUTIES:
The GST/ Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. www.sheetalcollection.com does not include these extra charges (if any) on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
Please Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.
SHIPMENT TIME:
- In case the ordered product is in ready to ship condition, the order may reach between 8 days to 4 weeks depending on the location in India.
- Any product that you buy on www.sheetalcollection.com, which is not MTO (made to order), will be shipped between 3 to 4 weeks of order booking. We generally receive the supplier's merchandise in our Order Processing Center within three weeks after the receipt of your order, post that we prepare your order and ship it via our courier partners. In case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details.
NOTE:
These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
SHIPMENT TRACKING:
Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, www.sheetalcollection.com will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.
NOTE:
The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Sheetal Collection does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Sheetal Collection will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Sheetal Collection and going to the 'My Account' section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE PRODUCTS:
In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customization, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customization is done.
DELAY IN DELIVERY:
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Sheetal Collection shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Sheetal Collection shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Sheetal Collection recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:
Buy unstitched / readymade items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:
If you get a damaged product contact us within 24 hours and send us a picture for refund on our email care@sheetalcollection.com. Refund will be processed in 7-9 working days.
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Sheetal Collection may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Sheetal Collection at care@sheetalcollection.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials,Tags,Bills,Barcodes and product/s until a set of instructions from Sheetal Collection regarding the same is received.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation email from Sheetal Collection for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us with pictures of the damaged product at care@sheetalcollection.com within 24 hours of receiving the productOnce we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return said product.
In case of any other complaints, email Sheetal Collection at care@sheetalcollection.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In case you email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that Sheetal Collection shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customers' emails.
In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Sheetal Collection does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
All defective products being returned to Sheetal Collection shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION with barcodes and labels as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Sheetal Collection within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Sheetal Collection.
Safe receipt of defective product by Sheetal Collection is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS'.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Sheetal Collection shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Sheetal Collection may use similar fabric or plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
OBLIGATION OF Sheetal Collection:
Sheetal Collection shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
Sheetal Collection shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the shipping cost of Sheetal Collection.
Sheetal Collection shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product alterations and modifications of the products.
Sheetal Collection will refund the paid amount only if the the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
Sheetal Collection shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. No refund will be given by Sheetal Collection if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
In the event of the error having occurred on the part of the Sheetal Collection, it shall still bear costs of alterations/modifications. Also, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Sheetal Collection.
Notwithstanding the above, Sheetal Collection is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Sheetal Collection shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately.
Note: No Refunds / Replacements will be made if the product/s is custom tailored or alterations are done to the product. Sheetal Collection has sole discretion to reject the replacement / refund in such cases of custom tailoring or alterations of the product.
Custom Tailoring / Alterations include:
Side fitting of the product as per the customer/s body measurements.
Sleeves as per the customers’ measurement.
Length cut of the Punjabi suits.
Any other alterations that involves machine work Etc.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Sheetal Collection is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product.
However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Sheetal Collection shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of Sheetal Collection.
CREDIT ISSUES
Kindly note that credits against the Customer's credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of Sheetal Collection processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer's accounts. Customer may check the credits in their next credit card statement.
10. CANCELLATION:
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.

While Sheetal Collection shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
The Customer may take note of the following:
The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
